How do I change my bank account details?

You can change your bank details either via the app or portal. Follow the steps below to change your bank details:

 

Hero portal: 

  • Go to: hero.urban.co
  • Login
  • Go to ‘Account’ and select ‘Statements’  
  • Change your bank details and click ‘Save’
