How do I add new treatments to my profile?

As you gain new qualifications, you can add extra treatments to your Urban profile. 

Here’s how the process works:

1. Fill out this form with:
 – Your details
 – The treatment you’d like to add
 – A copy of your qualification certificate
 – Your updated insurance

2. Once we’ve received everything, we’ll review your documents. If accepted, we’ll send you the next steps for your assessment.

3. If your certificate isn’t suitable, we’ll email you to explain why.

If you’d like to add more than one type of treatment (for example massage and beauty), just include all of them in the same request.
