How can I retain my customers?

Beyond providing a great experience for customers in your bookings, remember that our customers are busy, time-poor professionals who value convenience. The most effective way to ensure that you're retaining your client base is to be available for them whenever they're searching.

You can do this by:

1. Adding your availability in advance - some of your clients will book monthly, while others may book every week. Make it as easy as possible for all of your users to rebook you, regardless of their booking pattern, by making sure you have availability in your diary for several weeks in advance. 2. Turn on "Request to book" - in the case that your client isn't able to find you available, having 'request to book' turned on will allow your existing clients to instant message you to ask if you could accommodate their booking request. For more info on how to turn this feature on, click here.

3. Manage your Service Areas - understand where your repeat users are booking, and be mindful of keeping yourself available in those areas, especially if you use several different Templates. Allowing your existing users to rebook you outside of your current service areas can help as well. To manage your service areas, click here.

4. Encourage your clients to rebook - include advice on when to next have a treatment in your aftercare advice and follow-up on your session with a treatment report.
