How can I reactivate my account?

We’d love to welcome you back to Urban. Just follow these three simple steps:

Step 1: Let us know you’re ready to return

Fill out this quick reactivation form to get the ball rolling.

Make sure your documents are up to date — here’s what we’ll need:

  • Your relevant qualifications
  • A clear DBS check
  • Proof of address (for non-EU citizens)
  • Valid passport or ID
  • Insurance certificate

How to upload:
You can upload everything in your Urban Pro app under ‘Profile’
If you run into any issues, email them to resources@urban.co and we’ll take care of it.

Want to add new treatments? Just let us know when you submit the form.

Step 2: You might need a reassessment

No reassessment is needed if you're returning to:

  • Massage
  • Osteopathy
  • Physiotherapy

If you’re returning to beauty:

  • No reassessment if you’ve been away less than six months
  • If it's been more than six months, we’ll guide you through a short remote reassessment

Step 3: You're all set

Once your documents are approved, we’ll reactivate your profile and you’ll be ready to start taking bookings again.

A quick note:

If your profile was deactivated due to breaches of our platform rules (like cancellations or complaints), we’re not able to reactivate your account or create a new one.
