Can a client book me outside my available hours?

Yes – but only if you’ve turned on ‘request availability’ in your settings.

When it’s on, previous clients can ask to book you at times you're not currently showing as available. Tapping ‘request availability’ opens a chat with you, so you can message back and agree on a time that works for both of you.

This option only appears to users if you’ve enabled the setting.
