Can I wear Urban-branded items to bookings?

Yep! You can order Urban-branded t-shirts, hoodies, leggings, hats, bags and more from the Urban Pro Shop.

Shipping and pricing

• Shipping is free on most items
• Some products ship separately, so your order might arrive in more than one parcel
• We use print-on-demand to reduce waste – delivery usually takes between 5–23 business days

Returns & refunds

Wrong size or changed your mind? 

Email info@urban.co within 14 days of receiving your order with:

• Your name & Pro ID
• Order confirmation
• Item name, size and colour
• Reason for return

Items can only be returned if they haven’t been used. Need a different size? Just reorder it through the shop. 

 

Wrong address or unclaimed delivery?

If the item’s returned because of a wrong address or no one was there to claim it, we’ll need to charge you to resend it.

 

Missing an item?

Some items are shipped from different suppliers, so you might get them in separate parcels. Check your confirmation email to see what’s arriving when.

 

Do you ever share my details?

Only if you order from a third-party brand (like Theragun). In that case, we’ll share your delivery info with them – just so your order gets to you safely.
