I’m not receiving emails from Urban — what should I do?

First, check your spam folder

Sometimes our emails get filtered by mistake. Check your junk or spam folder just in case.

If they’re not in your spam, message us

Email info@urban.co or message us on live chat to let us know what’s going on. 

To help us look into it faster, include:

  • The last email you received from us (if any)
  • Whether you’re missing all emails or just specific types

Having trouble with texts or calls too?

Make sure your phone number is up to date in the app. You can check it under the ‘Profile’ section.
