How does 1-1 block work?
1-to-1 block stops a client booking you again after a session has finished. It’s designed to give you more control over who you treat – whether it’s because of the space, the vibe or an uncomfortable feeling.
Blocks motivated by discrimination will not be tolerated.
1-1 block vs blocklist
- 1-to-1 block: Stops a client from booking you again, but they can still use the platform to book with other pros
- Blocklist: Completely removes the client from Urban – this is used for inappropriate, unsafe or illegal behaviour

Send us a message on live chat or email and share the booking details and your reason – this helps us spot patterns and take further action if needed.
Clients won’t know they’ve been blocked. If they try to rebook you, they simply won’t see you as available.
Blocked clients may still leave a rating
Blocking a client doesn’t automatically remove their review. If you believe their feedback is unfair, you can submit a dispute – we’ll assess it fairly.
You can unblock if you change your mind
If you decide to remove a block later, just let us know via live chat or email and we’ll sort it for you.
If a blocked client books you again, contact us
If someone you’ve blocked manages to book you through a new account, contact us right away. We’ll step in and help.
