How do I fill out Urban’s digital consultation forms?

Step 1: Download Adobe Acrobat Reader

To fill in and save consultation forms, you’ll need Adobe Acrobat Reader. It’s free and works on desktop and mobile.

  • Download it from the Adobe website or your device’s app store (Google Play / Apple App Store)
  • Ignore any paid subscription pop-ups – the free version is all you need

Step 2: Open and complete the form

  • Download the consultation form templates in the Pro Shop
  • Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • Ask your client to complete the form by typing directly into the text fields.
  • Once done, save the form in Acrobat Reader – use Save As and rename the file so it’s easy to identify.

  • Confidentiality: Client info must stay private – don’t share it
  • GDPR compliance: Only collect what you need, store it securely and delete forms when no longer required
