Life happens. If you’re delayed, send your pro a quick message or call them through the app. Don’t worry – your number stays private.

Your session might be shorter

Your pro will do their best to give you as much of your treatment as possible. But if they have another booking afterwards, they may not be able to extend past your original end time.

If you can’t make it, cancel in the app

If you’re running really late, please cancel your booking so your pro isn’t left waiting and can get to their next client.

Our cancellation policy still applies

If you miss your booking or need to reschedule because of lateness, the full cost of the session will be charged. This helps protect your pro’s time.
