I bought a voucher through a partner – can I amend or refund it?

If you’ve bought an Urban voucher through one of our affiliate partners (not directly from Urban), any changes – like cancellations, refunds or extensions – will need to be handled by that partner.

You’ll find their terms and conditions on their website or on your voucher receipt. Urban isn’t able to make changes to vouchers purchased elsewhere.
