How should I prepare for my facial?

Facials always take place on a massage table, which your pro will bring with them. Please make sure you have enough space (around 2x3m – about the size of an internal door) for the table, with room for them to move around it. A small surface nearby is handy for their products.

Here’s how to get ready so you can make the most of your treatment:

Before your appointment

• Add your correct address and any useful directions in the app
• Let your pro know where they can park (use the notes section in the app)
• Clear enough space for the table, plus room to move around
• Have two large towels and a smaller one ready for the headrest
• Remove any makeup before your treatment so you can enjoy every minute
• Prepare a large bowl of hot water shortly before your session (your pro will need it)
• Share any relevant health conditions with your pro in advance

During your appointment

• Your pro will ask where you’d like them to set up
• They’ll step out of the room while you get comfortable and give you full privacy
• All treatments are strictly professional and non-sexual – underwear should remain on at all times
• Respect your pro’s boundaries: we have a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate behaviour
