How does Urban credit work?
You can use Urban credit to pay for treatments on the Urban app and website. Once loaded to your ‘wallet’, it’ll appear as a payment option at checkout.
You can only use it to pay for treatments
Unfortunately you can’t use Urban credit to buy gift cards or to add a tip for your practitioner.
Voucher and compensation credit is non-refundable
Received credit as compensation or redeemed a voucher? Choose what you’re going to spend it on carefully as unfortunately we won’t be able to refund you if you change your mind.
Gift card credit expires 12 months from the date it was bought
That means 12 months from the date it was paid for by the gifter, not the date you load it to your Urban wallet.
Even if you have enough credit to cover your treatment, the payment system still needs a payment method saved on your Urban account in order to process the booking. To add a payment method select your wallet and 'Add a new payment method'.
