How do I cancel my booking?
Cancel in the app
You can cancel your booking any time by following these steps:
- Open the app and tap ‘Bookings’
- Find the booking you want to cancel under ‘Upcoming’
- Tap ‘Cancel’
- The app will show how much you’ll be refunded based on our cancellation policy
- Choose to keep the refund as credit (for quick rebooking) or return it to your card (this may take up to 7 working days)
- You’ll receive an email confirmation with the details
Our cancellation policy
- More than 24 hours’ notice: Full refund (100%)
- Between 24 and 2 hours’ notice: 70% refund
- Less than 2 hours’ notice: No refund
💡 Good to know: If you make a mistake when booking, there’s a 10-minute grace period where you can cancel in the app for free.
You can change instead of cancelling
Need to adjust your booking time or location? You can do this in the app too, just follow the same steps above and click ‘Reschedule’.
Just note: if the change means your pro can’t make it anymore, a cancellation fee may apply in line with the policy above.
