Henry has worked with office workers, gym users, sports enthusiasts, runners, drivers, hospital and emergency staff and self employed people.
He specialises in breathing and respiratory work as well as self relaxation techniques for insomnia and stress.
Sessions with Henry are relaxing yet targeted, going deep where needed without the necessity of having to inflict excessive pain in order to gain an effective change.
Since 2007 Henry has successfully worked on clients who have chronic pain conditions.
Seeing clients walk out of the treatment room and reporting back on the benefits they might not have even have thought possible is part of the better world that Henry lives to see and contribute to.
