In our safety-adapted yoga sessions, your teacher will come to you – your home or garden when measures allow, or outdoors in the local park.
They’ll guide you through a flow of mindful poses, focusing on the breath throughout and tailoring the entire experience to your desired goals, be it mood, flexibility or strength. They’ll end with a relaxing wind-down to leave you refreshed and revived.
Grab a water bottle and any equipment you want to use (such as a mat and blocks, if you have them) and either meet your teacher at your agreed location.
The structure of your lesson will depend on the style of yoga your teacher practices and which areas you’ve told them you’d like to focus on. They’ll be there to observe your form and suggest adjustments if needed.
The session will end with a relaxing wind-down and/or meditation to reset your mind for the rest of the day or evening.
