The rundown
In our newly adapted yoga sessions, your teacher will come to you – indoors if there’s space, or outdoors in your garden or the local park.
They’ll guide you through a flow of mindful poses, focusing on the breath throughout and tailoring the entire experience to your desired goals, be it mood, flexibility or strength. They’ll end with a relaxing wind-down to leave you refreshed and revived.
Let’s go
Grab a water bottle and any equipment you want to use (such as a mat and blocks, if you have them) and either meet your teacher at your agreed location or set up a well-ventilated space at home.
The structure of your lesson will depend on the style of yoga your teacher practices and which areas you’ve told them you’d like to focus on. They’ll be there to observe your form and suggest adjustments if needed.
The session will end with a relaxing wind-down and/or meditation to reset your mind for the rest of the day or evening.

Safer training
At the moment, we recommend booking yoga outside if you can; in your garden or a nearby public park. After booking, direct message your teacher with where you’d like to meet and let them know if you’re able to bring your own equipment.
Your teacher will follow new safety measures including wearing a face covering indoors and cleaning any shared equipment thoroughly.
