In our socially distanced yoga classes, your teacher will meet you in a park or outdoor space near you.
Whether you’re just starting out or you’re an experienced yogi, they’ll tailor an outdoor class to your experience and fitness goals.
Grab a water bottle and any equipment you want to use (such as a mat and blocks, if you have them) and meet your trainer at your pre-agreed location. Prepare to be taken through a flow of mindful poses while focusing on your breathing.
The structure of your lesson will depend on the style of yoga your teacher practices and which areas you’ve told them you’d like to focus on. They’ll be there to check your form and suggest adjustments if needed. You can expect to be challenged a little, but the intensity of the class is yours to set.
The session will end with a relaxing wind-down and/or meditation to reset your mind for the rest of the day or evening. After your session feel free to reach out to your teacher at any time via instant messaging.

At the moment you can only book yoga classes to a nearby public outdoor space or park (not your garden or a Royal Park). After booking, direct message your trainer with where you’d like to meet.
