Your friends can join outdoors for free
If you decide to book, you can invite up to five friends to outdoor workouts, as long as there’s enough space for you to socially distance. Indoor workouts are strictly one-to-one.

After your consultation, your trainer will email you their recommended plan with a link to a book if you’d like to go ahead.
