In our newly adapted strength workouts, your trainer will come to you – indoors if there’s space, or outdoors in your garden or the local park.
Strength training is all about building the kind of strength that you’ll use in everyday life, gaining muscle while you’re at it. Let your trainer know if you’re looking to work on a specific body part or blast it all with fun and varied exercises mapped out by a pro.
Grab a water bottle and any equipment you want to use (like an exercise mat, dumbbells or resistance bands, if you have them) and either meet your trainer at your pre-agreed location or set up a well-ventilated space at home.
After a warm up and stretch, your trainer will run you through a workout designed to help build strength and lean muscle. You can expect to be challenged a little, but the intensity’s yours to set.
At the end of the session your trainer will guide you through a safe warm down and finish with some aftercare advice.

At the moment, we recommend booking strength workouts outside if you can; in your garden or a nearby public park. After booking, direct message your trainer with where you’d like to meet and let them know if you’re able to bring your own equipment.
Your Urban pro will follow new safety measures including wearing a face covering indoors and cleaning any shared equipment thoroughly.
