Overview

Fit starts here

Get a feel for your personalised running plan with a free 15-minute video chat, then continue the convo with instant messaging.

It’s your chance to outline what you want to get from your running training, whether it’s building endurance, cutting down your times or simply feeling fitter.

Your trainer will help you achieve real and measurable results with a tailored running programme, which they’ll map out with you.

Your tailored fitness plan

During your video chat, you’ll discuss how frequently you’d like to meet how frequently you’d like to meet, from one-off sessions to a discounted 12-session plan.

1 x 60 min session – £59
4 x 60 min sessions, £54 per session (save £24)
8 x 60 min sessions, £52 per session (save £56)

Your friends can join outdoors for free

If you decide to book, you can invite up to five friends to outdoor workouts, as long as there’s enough space for you to socially distance. Indoor workouts are strictly one-to-one.

How it works

Book your video chat to get started and then tap ‘join video call’ when it’s time. Feel free to instant message your trainer at any time before or after your call.

After your consultation, your trainer will email you their recommended plan with a link to a book if you’d like to go ahead.

FAQ

Probably not for you if:

You’re feeling unwell and/or you or anyone in your household needs to self-isolate or shield.

You haven’t checked in with your doctor about any recent injuries or health conditions.

You don’t have an indoor space to work out in (with good ventilation and room for you and your trainer) and there are no suitable outdoor alternatives nearby.

You're pregnant – we're taking extra precautions for in-person training as pregnancy falls under the moderate risk (clinically vulnerable) category for Covid-19.
