To make sure you find a coach on your wavelength, feel free to book a free 15-minute video chat with them before you commit. It’s your chance to tell them your goals and run any questions by them. From there you can build a training plan totally fitted to you, and you’ll save when you book packs of multiple sessions if you’re in it for the long game.
