In our safety-adapted fitness sessions, your trainer will come to you – your home or your garden when measures allow, or outdoors in the local park.
Choose your session type – cardio, strength, or running – and your trainer will tailor a workout to your goals. Zone in on a specific body part or blast it all with fun and varied exercises mapped out by a pro.
Grab a water bottle and any equipment you want to use and either meet your trainer at your agreed location.
After a warm-up and stretch your trainer will run you through a custom workout. You can expect to be challenged, but the intensity’s yours to set.
At the end of the session, they’ll guide you through a safe warm-down and finish with some aftercare advice.

Keep up the good work and save on sessions by booking a plan of 4, 8 or 12:
1 x 60 min – £59
4 x 60 min – £54 per session (save £24)
8 x 60 min – £52 per session (save £56)
12 x 60 min –£50 per session (save £108)

You’re feeling unwell and/or you or anyone in your household needs to self-isolate or shield.
You haven’t checked in with your doctor about any recent injuries or health conditions.
You're pregnant – we're taking extra precautions for in-person training as pregnancy falls under the moderate risk (clinically vulnerable) category for Covid-19.
