In our newly adapted fitness sessions, your trainer will come to you – indoors if there’s space, or outdoors in your garden or the local park.
Choose your session type – cardio, strength, or running – and your trainer will tailor a workout to your goals. Zone in on a specific body part or blast it all with fun and varied exercises mapped out by a pro.
Grab a water bottle and any equipment you want to use and either meet your trainer at your agreed location or set up a well-ventilated workout space at home.
After a warm-up and stretch your trainer will run you through a custom workout. You can expect to be challenged, but the intensity’s yours to set.
At the end of the session, they’ll guide you through a safe warm-down and finish with some aftercare advice.
Build your plan
Keep up the good work and save on sessions by booking a plan of 4, 8 or 12:
1 x 60 min – £59
4 x 60 min – £54 per session (save £24)
8 x 60 min – £52 per session (save £56)
12 x 60 min –£50 per session (save £108)
To book more than one session at a time, go back a step and tap ‘free video chat’ to map out a plan of sessions with your trainer. Once you’re happy with the plan, we’ll be in touch to arrange booking and payment.
At the moment, we recommend booking personal training outside if you can; in your garden or a nearby public park. After booking, direct message your trainer with where you’d like to meet and let them know if you’re able to bring your own equipment.
Your trainer will follow new safety measures including wearing a face covering indoors and cleaning any shared equipment thoroughly.
Your friends can join outdoors for free
You can invite up to five friends to your park or garden workout, as long as there’s enough space for you to socially distance. Indoor workouts are strictly one-to-one.
Probably not for you if:
You’re feeling unwell and/or you or anyone in your household needs to self-isolate or shield.
You haven’t checked in with your doctor about any recent injuries or health conditions.
You don’t have a safe indoor space to work out in (with good ventilation and room for you and your trainer) and there are no suitable outdoor alternatives nearby.
You're pregnant – we're taking extra precautions for in-person training as pregnancy falls under the moderate risk (clinically vulnerable) category for Covid-19.
