If you love a restorative vibe but you need a bit more of a challenge, Yin yoga is for you. Expect to hold poses for long periods of time to get that deep stretch in key areas such as the hips and shoulders. A must for those seeking to balance their practice with Rocket or Ashtanga!

Let's go

All you will need is a laptop or phone and your yoga mat to join your private video call. If you use a block or strap in your practice please bring these along too. (Thick books and a belt can always be used as a replacement for these!)


Probably not for you if:

You have any recent injuries or medical conditions, check in with your doctor to make sure you’re ready to work out.

You’re pregnant and either: 1. new to regular physical activity or 2. in your first trimester, check with your health practitioner before starting a new workout plan.

You don’t have at least 2x2m of floor or garden space.

You’ve got a dodgy internet connection, you’ll need reliable wifi for a smooth and easy session.
