Link your breath to your movements with a flow deliciously designed to build heat, endurance, flexibility and strength. In this one-to-one session, streamed over two-way video, you'll work one-to-one with an experienced MoreYoga instructor as they guide you through sun salutations (surya namaskar) that are open to all levels.
All you will need is a laptop or phone and your yoga mat to join your private video call. If you use a block or strap in your practice please bring these along too. (Thick books and a belt can always be used as a replacement for these!)
