If you’re craving yoga but your body needs to be nourished, this class is perfect. Lying on your back (supine), you’ll be guided through a series of postures, each held for five to 10 minutes at a time. Both symmetrical and asymmetrical, each pose is designed to provide the body with a total sense of ease.
You’ll need a laptop or phone, your yoga mat and a few props to join your private video call.
Props-wise, you’ll need a bolster, a belt, two bricks and two blankets. You can also improvise: a folded pillow wrapped in a towel or popped in a pillowcase makes a great bolster, as does a rolled up sleeping bag. Scarfs and bathrobe cords make great belts, while two big books can be used instead of blocks, and bath towels as blankets.
And don't forget to put a sign on the door so you're not disturbed.
