Develop core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina in this one-to-one mat pilates class, streamed live over two-way video. You'll learn breath awareness and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core. Expect upbeat music with an alignment-focused and experienced instructor. No previous pilates experience is necessary and all levels are welcome.
All you will need is a laptop or phone and your yoga mat to join your private video call. If you use a block or strap in your practice please bring these along too. (Thick books and a belt can always be used as a replacement for these!)
