Wake up on the right side of the bed with this gentle vinyasa flow, specially designed to wake up your muscles without sending you back to sleep. All levels are welcome to this nourishing flow.

Let's go

All you will need is a laptop or phone and your yoga mat to join your private video call. If you use a block or strap in your practice please bring these along too. (Thick books and a belt can always be used as a replacement for these!)

Probably not for you if:

You have any recent injuries or medical conditions, check in with your doctor to make sure you’re ready to work out.

You’re pregnant and either: 1. new to regular physical activity or 2. in your first trimester, check with your health practitioner before starting a new workout plan.
