A nurturing Hatha practice to help ease tension in the body and quiet the mind through mindful movement and pranayama (breathing exercises). Encouraging you to connect to your breathing as you move into each posture, creating balance and unity in the physical body and calming the nervous system.
All you will need is a laptop or phone and your yoga mat to join your private video call. If you use a block or strap in your practice please bring these along too. (Thick books and a belt can always be used as a replacement for these!)
