Flow to Restore yoga is intended to take you from your busy lifestyle into a relaxed, quiet and calm space of self-care. Expect a flow of mindful movement to release stress and tension in the body, moving into deeper poses and guided meditation to help repair and restore the entire system.
All you will need is a laptop or phone and your yoga mat to join your private video call. If you use a block or strap in your practice please bring these along too. (Thick books and a belt can always be used as a replacement for these!)
