There’s no better way to keep yourself on track than by working out with a personal trainer – one you’re comfortable around, who understands your goals and who pushes you just the right amount. Now they’re ready to meet you at the local park for a socially distanced session.

Pick one of four workout types including personal training, strength, HIIT and running – each promising quality trainers with years of experience. To make sure you find a coach on your wavelength, feel free to book a free 15-minute video chat with them before you commit. It’s your chance to tell them your goals and run any questions by them, before building a session plan.

After booking, direct message your trainer via the app with instructions on where to meet. Unfortunately, you can’t book sessions to your garden at the moment, but public outdoor spaces are fine as long as you stay 2m apart throughout.
