The rundown

Put distractions on hold and give the thinking mind a break. It’s time to tune into your body instead, guided by a trained yoga teacher in your own live-streamed yoga class.

Choose when and where your session takes place by two-way video and your teacher will take care of the rest. They’ll take you through a very slow and soothing flow of movements, with plenty of soft verbal instruction so you can choose to rest your eyes.

Let’s go

Living room, garden, home office or bedroom. Clear some floor space, set up your device and get set: it’s about to become your at-home yoga studio.

Your yoga teacher will chat with you about how you’re feeling and how you’d like to feel, before guiding you to calm and clarity with a series of cleansing breaths. Indulge in deep and cleansing stretches, from child’s pose to supine twists and other mat-based poses, before melting into a long and restful meditation. After your session, feel free to reach out to your teacher at any time via instant messaging.

Roomies can join for free

Staying home with friends? They're welcome to join for free – just let your trainer know beforehand so they can prepare. Soon you’ll also be able to invite them via video link.


Probably not for you if:

You have any recent injuries or medical conditions – check in with your doctor to make sure you’re ready to start a new workout plan. In general, we advise that you chat with your doctor before starting any new exercise regime.

You’re pregnant and either: 1. new to regular physical activity or 2. in your first trimester – check with your health practitioner before starting a new workout plan.

You’ve got a dodgy internet connection – you’ll need reliable wifi for a smooth and easy session.
