Rise and shine yoga

Flow into the day with a nourishing private yoga class, streamed live.

You want to:

Start the day right; Connect body and mind; Stretch and strengthen

The rundown

The yoga equivalent of a big yawn, a delicious stretch and a brisk run, in this private live session, your teacher will guide you through an invigorating and mindful morning practice.

Choose when and where your session takes place by two-way video and your teacher will take care of the rest. They’ll take you through a series of dynamic and fluid movements synchronised to the breath that can be relatively fast-paced and sometimes challenging – a touch of cardio to get you going. The class will bring strength and flexibility to the body and focus the mind, leaving you feeling refreshed and harmonious.

Let’s go

Living room, garden, home office or bedroom. Clear some floor space, set up your device and get set: it’s about to become your at-home yoga studio.

The structure of your class will be tailored entirely to your needs and mood that day. Expect a vinyasa-style class featuring all the greats: sun salutations, downward-facing dog and, if you’re up for it, balancing poses.

Your session will start with a series of breathing exercises and a warm up to bring movement to your spine and joints, followed by an active and invigorating flow. As you practice, your trainer will observe your form, with clear instructions and demonstrations for each position. You can expect to be challenged a little, but the intensity’s yours to set.

To finish up? A relaxing wind-down and/or meditation to reset your mind for the rest of the day. After your session, feel free to reach out to your teacher at any time via instant messaging.
