Step onto the mat, connect with your breath, and get ready for a blood-pumping power sesh. In this strong and sweaty yoga practice, conducted via two-way video, you’ll be challenged to step up your practice with a steady flow of movements.

Living room, garden, home office or bedroom. Clear some floor space, set up your device and get set: it’s about to become your at-home yoga studio.
Your yoga teacher will structure your session entirely to your needs and mood that day. Expect a vinyasa-based class featuring sun salutations and poses that test your mental and physical strengths: think chair and plank poses, long holds and balancing. As you practice, your trainer will observe your form, with clear instructions and demonstrations for each position. You can expect to be challenged a little, but the intensity’s yours to set.
At the end of the class, you’ll cool down with a series of relaxing wind-down poses (Savasana) as the delicious post-workout endorphins kick in.
