Choose when and where your session takes place by two-way video and your coach will plan the rest. If you have any gym equipment to hand, let your trainer know so they can incorporate it into the workout.

Your trainer will check your form and demonstrate exercises via video call, starting with a quick warm up. They’ll run you through a workout designed to help build strength and lean muscle. You can expect to be challenged a little, but the intensity’s yours to set, your trainer will check in with you regularly throughout the session to make sure you’re still in your comfort zone.
At the end of the session your trainer will guide you through a safe warm down and finish with some aftercare advice.
