The rundown
New to pilates? Come on in. All levels are welcome in our private, live-streamed video classes, regardless of whether or not you can touch your toes.
Choose when and where your session takes place by two-way video and your teacher will take care of the rest. They’ll help you master basic pilates techniques to isolate, strengthen and condition your core, improve flexibility and increase joint mobility. They’ll end with a warm-down to leave you refreshed and revived.

Living room, garden, home office or bedroom. Clear some floor space, set up your device and get set: it’s about to become your at-home pilates studio.
The structure of your session will depend on both your goals and the style of pilates your teacher practices – browse individual profiles if you’re after a particular approach. Common to all styles is the idea of increasing your core strength, improving posture and balance. Pilates is more strength-oriented than aerobic, meaning you won’t typically get out of breath, but you will feel the burn after a session.
Your trainer will practice with you while also observing your form, with clear instructions and demonstrations for each exercise. You can expect to be challenged a little, but the intensity’s yours to set.
The session will end with a relaxing warm-down to reset your mind for the rest of the day or evening. After your session, feel free to reach out to your teacher at any time via instant messaging.
