Advanced pilates

Test endurance, strength and flexibility in this dynamic private class.

You want to:

Master pilates, test core strength, improve your technique

The rundown

Want to take pilates to the next level? Strap in. In this dynamic, one-to-one class, you’ll discover even greater focus and strength via demanding progressions and a pace that doesn’t let up.

Choose when and where your session takes place by two-way video and your teacher will take care of the rest. After a quick chat about your goals and experience, they’ll take you through an intense and functional class that works different muscle groups together.

Let’s go

Living room, garden, home office or bedroom. Clear some floor space, set up your device and get set: it’s about to become your at-home pilates studio.

The structure of your session will depend on both your goals and the style of pilates your teacher practices – browse individual profiles if you’re after a particular style. Common to all styles is the idea of increasing your core strength, improving posture and improving balance. All while keeping things dynamic and challenging.

Your trainer will practice with you while observing your form, providing clear instructions and demonstrations for each exercise. You can expect to be challenged, but the intensity’s yours to set.

The session will end with a relaxing warm-down to reset your mind for the rest of the day or evening. After your session, feel free to reach out to your teacher at any time via instant messaging.

Roomies can join for free

Staying home with friends? They're welcome to join for free – just let your trainer know beforehand so they can prepare. Soon you’ll also be able to invite them via video link.

Probably not for you if:

You have any recent injuries or health conditions – check in with your doctor to make sure you’re ready to start a new workout plan. In general, we advise that you chat with your doctor before starting any new exercise regime.

You’re pregnant and either: 1. new to regular physical activity or 2. in your first trimester – check with your health practitioner before starting a new workout plan.

You’ve got a dodgy internet connection – you’ll need reliable wifi for a smooth and easy session.
