Good morning. And it really is. In this one-to-one meditation, live-streamed by two-way video, a trained expert will guide you to a place of calm and clarity, setting you up for a mindful day.


During your session

Wake up gently as your meditation expert invites you to take deep, energising breaths and set a positive intention for the rest of your day. By forgetting your ‘to-do’ list for a moment and focusing on your ‘to-be’ list instead, you’ll create headspace for compassion and generosity in these unusual times.

You don’t need any equipment to join in, other than your laptop or phone. You may want to hop into loose clothing (or stay in your pyjamas) so you’re as comfortable as possible.
