Overview
Take time to breathe in the middle of a busy day. In this 20-minute meditation session, live streamed over two-way video, you’ll be guided through your breath to a place of clarity and calm. Master breathwork and you’ll always have a tool on hand for difficult times.
During your session
Your meditation teacher will begin by introducing themselves before inviting you to find a quiet space where you can relax. They’ll take you through different breathing techniques which have proven benefits for your concentration, mood, sleep and hormone balance. At the end of the session they’ll gently invite you back to the room so you can continue with your day feeling refreshed and alert.
You don’t need any equipment to join in, other than your laptop or phone. You may want to hop into loose clothing so you’re as comfortable as possible.
