The rundown

A high intensity session leaving you super sweaty. This class is FULL ON and targets the entire body, using just your bodyweight. But you've got our awesome trainer team here to get you through! Think classes like Frame HIIT, Frame Strength and Total Body.

FULL BODY WORKOUT
Put your body to the test with this session, we’ll move through a series of movements targeting all your major muscle groups and smaller supporting ones for a full body workout. Guaranteed sweat fest, this session will work your entire body and give you a great all-over workout.

CARDIO
The session is structured so that your heart rate will fluctuate between a million miles an hour, and something more sustainable for the duration to keep your heart rate high and challenge your muscular endurance. High intensity intervals will creep up on you whenever you begin to feel that you’re all over this TOTAL BODY sh*t.

STRENGTH & TONING
Nail key strength-based techniques to improve your overall strength and stamina, or focus more on smaller movements to tone every part of your being – you tell your instructor what to focus on!

You'll need a laptop or phone to join your private video call, but won’t need anything else other than equipment you may already have to hand. (Top tip: a backpack with books or wine bottles in works really well as a make-shift weight).

Roomies can join for free

Staying home with friends? They're welcome to join for free – just let your trainer know beforehand so they can prepare. Soon you’ll also be able to invite them via video link.

FAQ

Probably not for you if:

You’re pregnant and either: 1. new to regular physical activity or 2. in your first trimester – check with your health practitioner before starting a new workout plan, or book in with one of Frame's amazing Mum:Hood Trainers.

You don’t have at least 2x2m of floor or garden space.

You’ve got a dodgy internet connection – you’ll need reliable wifi for a smooth and easy session.

You feel unwell or have a temperature, check in with your doctor to make sure you’re ready to exercise.
