Let's go

PRENATAL FITNESS
A little bit of all frame magic to keep you and your bump fit and healthy through all stages of pregnancy. Work to support your body as it changes through your pregnancy. These sessions will work on strength, stability and cardio to boost those endorphins and keep you moving!

PHASE 1
Suitable for six to 12 weeks postnatal, our pilates based programme reconnects you with muscles that have been stretched and stabilises your joints, allowing you to progress to those more dynamic moves you crave! You'll focus on your deep core muscles, pelvic floor, glutes and upper back as well as movement patterns to help support you in your daily life as a new mum.

PHASE 2
Suitable for 12 weeks plus postnatal. It's time to get that heart rate up, build strength and keep working on building the core and gluteus back up. Like a body conditioning class for the postnatal body expect a full body workout focussing on all the bits that will make everyday life that bit easier!

PHASE 3
20 weeks plus (if you've done rehab) You've done your rehab, you've built up stamina, now it's time to take it up a level. This is the bridge between a postnatal and a ""regular"" class. We'll start to introduce impact and load safely, checking in with Pelvic floor but starting to fire up our fitness levels. This one's a toughie but will give you the tools to feel confident getting back into exercise!

You'll need a laptop or phone to join your private video call, but won’t need anything else other than equipment you may already have to hand.
