The rundown

Stretch with an expert Core Collective trainer via two-way video in this recovery class. Work on your posture, flexibility and moving your body more freely.

Your session

Think of your session it as a bespoke Core Collective class, with everything you want to focus on and nothing you don't. It's perfect if you have particular areas you'd like to target to release tension, increase mobility and realign for better posture. Expect a five-minute chat at the beginning so your instructor can get a feel for your goals.


This class doesn't require equipment, but if you do have a couple of yoga blocks and a stretching strap, they can be useful. Let your teacher know what you've got to hand at the start of your session, or by direct messaging them in the app after you've booked.

Take this time for you – you'll be thankful for the headspace and the reset.

Roomies can join for free

Staying home with friends or family? They're welcome to join for free – just let your trainer know beforehand so they can prepare.


Probably not for you if:

You have any recent injuries or medical conditions – check in with your doctor to make sure you’re ready to work out.

You’re pregnant and either: 1. new to regular physical activity or 2. in your first trimester – check with your health practitioner before starting a new workout plan.

You don’t have at least 3x3m of floor or garden space.

You’ve got a dodgy internet connection – you’ll need reliable wifi for a smooth and easy session.
