Think of your session it as a bespoke Core Collective class, with everything you want to focus on and nothing you don't. It's perfect if you have particular areas you'd like to target to release tension, increase mobility and realign for better posture. Expect a five-minute chat at the beginning so your instructor can get a feel for your goals.
This class doesn't require equipment, but if you do have a couple of yoga blocks and a stretching strap, they can be useful. Let your teacher know what you've got to hand at the start of your session, or by direct messaging them in the app after you've booked.
