Think of your session as a bespoke Core Collective class, with everything you want to focus on and nothing you don't. Your instructor will have a five-minute chat with you at the beginning of your session to get a feel for your goals. They'll also guide you through a warm up and cool down as part of your 55 minutes.
If you have equipment you'd like to use, let your instructor know at the start of your session or by direct messaging them in the app after you've booked. Nothing to hand? No worries, they can adapt the workout to any setup.
