This was an amazingly effective 55 minute session with Doug. He is patient, knowledgeable, clearly experienced and complements his physical work with nutritional and other expertise. Unbelievably good value as well as making a great workout in your garden - if you have one. Definitely worked harder than sessions at the gym.
