When your therapist asks you to pick an aromatherapy massage oil, do you actually know why you choose it – or does it just sound nice? According to aromatherapist Louise Crockart, each has specific therapeutic benefits. ‘All essential oils have varying degrees of anti-bacterial or anti-viral properties, and are called essential as they are regenerating, oxygenating and the immune defence of plants.
